Which pharmacies does uMeds partner with?

How will I know which pharmacy is handling my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation with the pharmacy’s details. You can also check 'View Orders' in your clinic’s patient portal.
How do I contact uMeds?
uMeds customer support is available from 9am to 9pm AEDT, Monday to Friday.
How do I order with uMeds?
- Log into your clinic’s patient portal and click 'Order' to process your prescription.
- Your clinic will upload your prescription.
- Select your medication and place your order.
- uMeds coordinates with pharmacies to fulfil your order.
- We will keep you informed from pick-up to delivery.
Will uMeds deliver my package?
When a prescription is sent through a partnered clinic, uMeds finds a pharmacy with your medication in stock and arranges for delivery anywhere in Australia.
Can I track my uMeds delivery?
Yes, you can track your delivery. Log into your clinic’s patient portal to 'View Orders'. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
What should I do if I change my address?
Update your delivery address in your clinic's patient portal, and let uMeds customer support know so we can make sure your medication gets sent to the correct location.

If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your clinic directly.
How long does delivery take with uMeds?
We aim to dispense your medication within 1 business day and will notify you once your package is ready for shipping.
While most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, a more accurate estimate will be provided by the courier once your package has been collected.
My package is taking longer than expected. Who can I contact?
We’re here to help and can work with your dispensing pharmacy to resolve any issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact uMeds customer support and we’ll be happy to assist.
How much does uMeds cost?
The shipping fee with uMeds covers delivery of your prescription from our network of pharmacies anywhere in Australia with no extra charges. You just order and pay – we’ll take care of the rest.
