How much does delivery cost?

We offer a $15 flat rate fee, Australia-wide.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

You’ve got a few options. You can:

  1. Check your order status by .
  2. Check the tracking information if your order is already on its way.
  3. Talk to our chat support.

What if my medication is out of stock?

If your medication is unavailable, we may not have an exact restock date from the supplier. If you're unable to access it through other pharmacies, we recommend getting in touch with your prescribing doctor to discuss alternatives.

Why did uMeds reject my prescription?

uMeds fulfils electronic prescriptions (eScripts) for a wide range of alternative medications. To be eligible, your script must:

  1. Be for a medication we stock
  2. Be valid and not expired, cancelled, or already dispensed
  3. Include your contact details (email or phone number)
  4. Be written for a brand-name product (we currently can't process generic or open scripts)
  5. Not list a patient or clinic address in Tasmania (we’re currently unable to fulfil Tasmanian prescriptions)

Can I order medication on behalf of someone else?

No. Prescriptions must be in your name, and you can't upload or order medication for someone else using your account.

What payment options does uMeds accept?

uMeds accepts a wide range of payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

uMeds delivers medication anywhere in Australia, whether you're in a major city or a remote location.
